Café Victoria
Café Victoria is a bright and modern second-floor space with hardwood floors and charming unobstructed views of the street and neighborhood garden from full-wall windows. It is 625 square feet, with marble tables and Viennese chairs. Wi-Fi is available and we can provide coffee and tea for an additional fee.
The space can be used for corporate events, presentations, lectures, classes or workshops, for social occasions like graduation parties, baby showers, anniversaries, children’s birthday parties, dinner parties and small wedding receptions. Our upright piano enables the venue to be used as a piano studio, musical rehearsal space, or even a small private concert hall.
Rent for $120 per hour, 2 hours minimum.

Meeting Lounge
Our ground level space is a cozy candlelit rustic space with exposed reclaimed brick walls featuring 5 million year old fossils, marble tables and Viennese chairs, opening up to a larger area. The space is 600 square feet. Wi-Fi is available as well.
The space is multifunctional and can be used for social gatherings, lectures, and meetings. Tea and a coffee machine are available in-house and outside catering is possible.
Rent for $140 per hour, 2 hours minimum.

Office & Kitchen
Our 300 square foot office room can be used for meetings, classes, or workshops. It includes Wi-Fi, a printer that can make scans and copies, and a fully-functional kitchen.
Rent for $50 per hour, 2 hours minimum. This space is also available for longer-term rental, just ask us about weekly or monthly rates.

Location
We are located at 70 West 107th St. just east of Columbus Ave. We are close to the B, C, and 1 subway lines and the M2, 3, 4, 7, 10, 11, 104, and 116 buses and have a CitiBike station on our doorstep. Street parking is also available.
